Address

The street address for the Galen Center is 3400 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90089. It is located on the corner of Jefferson and Figueroa Street just south of downtown Los Angeles. For more information visit http://usctrojans.com/facilities/?id=3

Alcohol Policies

Alcohol is prohibited inside The Galen Center unless approved by The Galen Center Management and USC Athletics.

Animals

Certified service animals or service animals in training for guest with disabilities are allowed in The Galen Center. All other animals are prohibited.

Approved Sponsors

The Galen Center and University grounds and facilities may not be used for commercial purposes such as sales, advertising, or promotional activity without prior approval. Authorized corporate sponsors will be identified by official vendor passes, distributed through the USC Athletic Department. Violators of these are subject to trespass ordinances. For more information about marketing activities on an event game day, sponsors should contact USC Athletics at (213) 740-9872 or by email at jeskenaz@usc.edu.

ATM Locations

Located inside the North doors at the corner of Jefferson St. and Figueroa St.

Baby/Infant Changing Areas

All restrooms in the arena are equipped with diaper-changing tables, and are handicapped accessible.

Bag Inspections

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into the venue, the Galen Center will be implementing a “clear bag policy” that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena for all events (one clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” per person) starting January 1st, 2018. The policy does not affect other items that fans normally bring to a game, which still can be carried in their pockets or openly in their arms. Also, for increased security, all guests entering the Galen Center walk through metal detector screening with arms raised (guests should remove metal items from pockets).

All prohibited items (please see list, under Prohibited Items) will not be allowed. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.

Banners & Signs

Signs and banners are not allowed in the Galen Center without prior approval from USC Athletics.

Beverages, Bottles, & Cans

Glass bottles and cans of any kind are prohibited inside The Galen Center. Sealed water bottles are allowed.

Birthday/Anniversary Messages

Regrettably, personal messages of any kind are not available on event day.

Broadcasts

All USC Basketball games, both home and away, will be broadcast live on USC’s Flagship Station, ESPN Radio 710 AM and the Trojan Radio Network. All USC Basketball games will also be broadcast on television. Check your local listings for times and network. Please check your cable provider for channel information. Bus Parking

Game Day public bus parking is limited. Please contact USC transportation if you are arriving by bus to make arrangements. USC transportation can be reached at (213) 740-3575.

Cameras and Video Cameras

Cameras are allowed in The Galen Center; however, video cameras and tripods are not permitted within The Galen Center. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action are allowed only through licensing agreement. Camera lenses are limited to 3 inches.

Children

Children two and under get in free as long as they are held in a lap and do not interfere with other fans’ viewing of the court. Strollers are allowed in The Galen Center as long as they don’t block concourse or seating areas.

Concessions

The Galen Center has concession stands providing many choices of delicious game day food and refreshing Coca-Cola products. There are stands located on the arena floor level at the North and South doors. Additional concessions stands are located on the concourse level at sections 104, 110 and 114.

Containers & Coolers

Ice chests and coolers are not allowed in The Galen Center

Court Access

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the court before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person going on to the court will be removed and subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Elevators

For guests needing to reach upper level seats, there is an elevator located near the North doors. The elevator to the suite level is on the northeast corner of the building

Exit & Re-Entry

There are no in-and-out privileges at The Galen Center. Once you exit the building, no re-entry will be allowed.

Fan Behavior

We want all fans to enjoy their game day experience. Please remember to be considerate of those seated near you, cheer constructively, support your team, and be mindful of good sportsmanship. Behavior that is disruptive to others may result in ejection from the Galen Center. If you are in need of assistance, please contact the nearest Guest Service Member or call (213) 765-8525

First Aid

The Galen Center First Aid Station is located on the concourse behind section 115. Please contact the nearest usher or security office if medical attention is needed.

Game Programs

Look for ‘SC Trojans, the official USC basketball souvenir magazine as you enter The Galen Center. The game program offers fans up-to-date information, game previews, colorful features, interviews, rosters, depth charts, stats, and much more. (Fee Applies)

Gate Opening Times

Gates will open one hour prior to tipoff time.

Fan satisfaction is one of the highest priorities of USC Athletics and the Galen Center. If you need assistance, please contact one of our guest service representatives.

Laser Pointers

The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the stadium.

Lost & Found

Lost and found is located at guest services at section 117. Found items may be given to any usher in your section who will turn them in to the office. For more information, please call (213) 740-9759 on weekdays, between 8:30am-5:00pm.

Merchandise

A large variety of USC merchandise is available at the USC Bookstore shop near the North Doors. You may also purchase items at the official Fan Store at shop.usctrojans.com.

Parking

There are 3 parking lots in close proximity to the Galen Center. The Figueroa St. Parking Structure is located just south of the Galen Center and can be accessed at McCarthy Way and Figueroa Street. The Royal Street Parking Structure is located one block west of the Galen Center and can be accessed at Jefferson Blvd. and Royal Street just south of the Shrine Auditorium. The McCarthy Way Parking Structure is located just across the street at McCarthy Way and Figueroa Streets. Public parking is also available on the USC campus on a first come, first serve basis for $14 (Prices subject to change without notice).

Prohibited Items

The following items are NOT ALLOWED in The Galen Center: Backpacks, all non-clear bags (see Clear Bag Policy for permitted bags), alcoholic beverages, outside food or drink, balls, frisbees, balloons, banners, horns, laser devices, boom boxes, folding or beach chairs, coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, weapons, knives, explosives, cans, bottles, strollers, illegal drugs, inflatables, noisemakers, poles or sticks, umbrellas, musical instruments, professional cameras (lenses longer than 3”) and video equipment. The Galen Center and USC Game Management have the authority to prohibit any other items at discretion. The Galen Center cannot check these items.

Game Day: The Ticket Office is located on the outside of the Galen Center near the North doors (Jefferson St.). For Men's Basketball games the box office opens two hours prior to tipoff and closes at halftime. For Women's Basketball games the box office opens 1.5 hours prior to tipoff and closes at halftime. Game day tickets are based on availability.

General Will Call is located outside of the North Doors on Jefferson. Will Call has the same box office hours as mentioned above. Photo I.D. must be present to claim all Will Call tickets. Please arrive early to avoid long lines.

USC Player Guest & Opponent Guest Will Call

Men’s Basketball ONLY
USC player guests may pick up their tickets at the will call area located to the right of the South doors, at the Adminsitration Entrance. This open one hour prior to tipoff. Photo I.D. will be required for all ticket pickups.
Opponent player guests may pick up their tickets at this location starting one hour before tipoff. Photo I.D. will be required for all ticket pickups.

All Other Sports
USC player guests may pick up their tickets at the will call area located inside the North doors. This location opens one hour prior to tipoff. Photo I.D. will be required for all ticket pickups.

Lost, Stolen, Forgotten, and/or Destroyed Tickets—Replacement Policy
The USC Ticket Office will address lost or stolen ticket issues with the primary account holder on record. Reprints may be issued upon approval. The USC Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any replacement ticket request.

Towing Services

Roadside assistance is not available at the Galen Center. Please contact parking services for assistance with battery service and lockouts.
